Fitted with a Prestolyte 90 Amp alternator, which is stronger than the original one from Volvo (only 55 Amp)
The heat exchanger housing has got a corrosion hole close to the exhaust riser. Problem fixed with heat-, water- and chemical-resistant aluminium reinforced epoxy putty roughly a year ago. Tight and no problem ever since. A cautious skipper might nevertheless consider to replace the heat exchanger housing and the exhaust riser.
